A Building with History
Originally built in 1891 as St. Paul’s Anglican Church, this striking timber building served as a place of gathering and reflection for the Derby community for nearly a century. Later converted into a private residence, it has since been carefully renovated and adapted into Pilgrim Blue — preserving its original features while creating two beautifully appointed self-contained units.
